if i added you recently, it's because i think we are around the same current weight (and height and maybe age?) and have the same weight loss goals. maybe we can all get motivate each other. i'm doing this differently then i used to...i used to just skim the community pages and journal on my own. so far, having people near my weight and with the same goals is really helping.
that's right prove your worth move your ass go berserk get your salad no dessert get that man you deserve (hate the artist but like the slogan)
